The best way to learn about the University of New Hampshire is to visit. Reservations for our visit options are required and taken on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend registering at least two weeks in advance to ensure your place. Due to space limitations, UNH Admissions reserves the right to close visit options when they reach maximum capacity. Since weather in New Hampshire is unpredictable, we suggest you come prepared for anything. Comfortable shoes and weather-appropriate attire are a must. We look forward to meeting you!

Campus Tours
Campus tours, led by UNH student admissions representatives, offer a unique perspective on the UNH experience. Observe campus life firsthand as you tour academic, residence, and recreation facilities. These 90-minute tours are offered on most weekdays and reservations are required. Register at www.unh.edu/admissions/visit.

Information Sessions
Information sessions consist of a 30-minute presentation followed by a 90-minute campus tour. These sessions provide an overview of academic programs, campus life, and admission criteria. Information sessions are offered on Columbus Day, select Saturdays during the fall, and school vacation weeks in February and April. View the Calendar of Events for specific dates and times at www.unh.edu/admissions/visit.

Group Visits
UNH welcomes schools and organizations to visit campus. Group tours are by appointment only. Please note that two-week prior notice is required and that group visits are not available during exceptionally busy admission times. Contact the Admission office for more information.

Additional Information
If you plan to come to campus on a day when we do not offer a formal visit program, please proceed to the Admissions Office for a ‘Campus Visit Guide’ which includes a self-guided tour route.

If you would like to meet with a faculty member involved in your academic area of interest and/or an athletic coach, the Admissions Office can provide you with the name and phone number of a contact person. We suggest you make these arrangements two weeks in advance of your visit. UNH is unable to offer overnight stays in a residence hall.
